The Lounge The lounge/meeting room has seating for twenty eight people and two large coffee tables. From the picture window you can enjoy the views across the valley and of the Black Mountains. This room has been recently decorated and recarpted. |

The Dining Room Here there are six tables each seating five. From the dining room there is access to the small bedroom and a doorway leading to the lounge. |

The Bedrooms There are two dormitories, one sleeping ten and the other twelve. All beds are supplied with a pillow and groups are recommended to bring sleeping bags. Each room has its own toilet and washing facilities. There are two staff rooms downstairs each sleeping four. Staff rooms have en suite facilities. |

The Sports hall The sports hall has vinyl flooring and full lighting, Goal posts are marked out on the wall and there are two basket ball nets. Hooks on the side enable visitors to erect their own nets for badminton and volley ball. |

The Verander This is the main entrance to the house and has two settees, overlooking the orchard and the valley. The verander also has a coin operated telephone. |
